Massage
Deep massage includes our signature Tendon Leverage Therapy™ which helps improve chronic pain, stress and tension — while increasing flexibility and range of motion.
Tendon Leverage Therapy is a technique focusing first and foremost on lengthening of the muscles, tendons, and fascia, which tend to be stronger and tighter through activity and use. It accomplishes this by applied, continuous, moving pressure and friction from specific anchor points. After focusing on the stronger muscles, we move to the weaker, often opposite muscles where the pain is centered, and find it easier then to work out issues and chronic pain.
This method aims to address injury and/or problematic, repetitive movement patterns from daily life.
Relaxation Massage
A gentle, whole-body treatment to relieve stress and restore equilibrium, applying warm, even pressure, long, seamless, rhythmic, repetitive motions, light feather touch and energy work — with optional oils, lotion, aromatherapy, hot towels, stones, sugar scrubs, and other spa treatments.
Effectively employs experience and influence from forms of healing arts and spa treatments such as Lomi Lomi, Trager, Biodynamic Craniosacral, Zero Balancing, Polarity, Swedish and Thai Massage.

Rene is adept at many massage modalities with intuitive hands, which, when coupled with her mind, training, and experience, she uses to give a excellent massage worthy of five stars. I have known Rene for many years beginning when she first came to the beach. I used her exclusively as long as she was here. I tried to get a an appointment with her whenever she returned. This is just the best massage in the area period. I try to see her monthly when possible. Being 80 and feeling as well as I do, I definitely give Rene credit for keeping me that state.
